"ABC" sends all new customers a welcoming email to verify password, username, and acceptance of the "ABC"'s Terms and Conditions. All customers will occasionally receive information from "ABC" on products, services, special deals, and other items, which we believe is of interest to our customers. Non?customer users who have granted permission to "ABC" will also receive occasional information on products, services, special deals, and the like.

Service Announcements

On rare occasions it is necessary to send out a strictly service related announcement. For instance, if our online educational services were temporarily down for maintenance we would send affected customers an email. Generally, customers may not opt?out of these communications, though they can deactivate their account. These communications are not promotional in nature.

"ABC" communicates with its customers via email, regular mail, and telephone on a regular basis to fulfill products and/or services ordered by customers.

Information Collection and Use

America's Best Contractor, Inc., (hereafter ""ABC"") is the sole owner of the information collected on its website, www.eFoundationExpert.com, (hereafter the "website"). "ABC" collects information from customers and other users of the website at different points on the website.

When purchasing our products and services, a customer may register with us and provide contact information (such as name, mailing address, telephone numbers, and email address). We use this information to maintain contact with the customer so that the customer may utilize our products and services. Customers are sometimes required to provide payment information (such as credit card or checking account information). We use this information to maintain contact with the customer and to process the customer's orders. In the event "ABC" has trouble processing an order, the customer's contact information will be used to contact him or her.

"ABC" gathers and stores information that it collects through cookies, log files, clear gifs, and/or third parties to create a profile of visitors to the website ("users"). A profile is stored information that "ABC" keeps on individual users, including customers, that details their viewing preferences. Collected information is tied to the user's personally identifiable information to provide offers and improve the content of the site for the user. If a user rejects the cookie, the user will still be able to use the site. The only drawback to this is that the user may need to enter his or her password every time he or she accesses the site.

Log Files

As with most websites on the Internet, "ABC"'s website uses log files. This includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses, etc. are not linked to personally identifiable information. IP addresses are tied to personally identifiable information to enable our web?based service and to provide security.

Clear Gifs (Web Beacons/Web Bugs)

As with most websites on the Internet, "ABC" employs a software technology called clear gifs (sometimes referred to as Web Beacons/Web Bugs) that help "ABC" to better manage content on the website by informing it what content is effective. Clear gifs are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies, and are used to track the online movements of users. The main difference between the two is that clear gifs are invisible on the page and are much smaller, about the size of the period at the end of this sentence. Clear gifs are not tied to users' personally identifiable information.

In addition, as with most websites on the Internet, "ABC" also uses clear gifs in its HTML?based emails to let it know which emails have been opened by the recipients. This allows "ABC" to gauge the effectiveness of certain communications and the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns. "ABC" is committed to the safety of our children. Persons under the age of 18 may not purchase our products or services or register as customers.

Third Party Fulfillment

If "ABC" uses an outside shipping company to ship orders, and a credit card processing company to bill Distributors for goods and services, these companies should not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.

"ABC" takes every precaution to protect all users' information. When users submit sensitive information via "ABC"'s website, their information is protected both online and off?line.

When you submit sensitive information (credit card information, for example) to our site, that information is protected with SSL encryption software. While on a secure page, such as the order form, the lock icon on the bottom of web browsers such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to un?locked, or open, when users are just 'surfing'.

While "ABC" uses SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, the Company also does everything in our power to protect user information off?line. All user information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in "ABC"'s offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to personally identifiable information.
